How it works

Girls Who Change the World operates on a licensing model inspired by TEDx. We don't run programs in every city ourselves — we partner with organizations that share our values and trust them to deliver the GWCTW experience with precision and care.

Every licensed partner receives everything they need to run the program: the curriculum, the brand, the materials, the training. In return, they commit to our quality standards.

Every licensed partner represents the GWCTW experience. That is why every licensee completes training, follows the brand and quality standards, submits documentation after each cohort, and takes part in an annual review.

We give you everything required to run GWCTW with quality. You commit to upholding the standards that make it work.

Column 1

What you receive

  • Complete curriculum (all 4 seasons)
  • Facilitator training (4–6 hours)
  • Brand Identity Kit with usage rules
  • Templates: certificates, cards, applications
  • Badge design files and specifications
  • Quality checklist and reporting templates
  • Ongoing support

Column 2

What you commit to

  • Cohorts of 12 girls maximum
  • All rituals: oath, ceremony, badges
  • Quality standards and annual review
  • Documentation after each cohort
  • Reporting on outcomes and learnings

Pricing

Annual license fee for non-profit educational partners. Per-cohort fee covers material kits and quality support.

Pilot partners — the first 10 organisations — receive their first year free, cohort fee only.

Limited pilot partner places available.
